YOU CANNOT RETURN TO YOUR SECTION 8 SUBSIDIZED APARTMENT, you may request and submit an emergency transfer form from NYCHA.
Please note, you may need to provide documentation to confirm your displacement and NYCHA will review each request on a case by case basis. Please note that not all situations may be deemed an emergency.

or
Visit any of NYCHA’s Customer Contact Center location for
Brooklyn/Staten Island at 787 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, 2nd floor.
