On Monday, September 27, 2010, former State Committeeman/District Leader of the 57th A.D. William "Bill" Saunders passed away. The Office of Council Member Letitia James has learned that in accordance with the final wishes of Mr. Saunders, a funeral will not be held to celebrate his life.
