YOUTH-RUN FARM STAND
When: Wednesday October 7th, 2009
Where: Dr. Daniel Hale Williams School (PS 307) in the Vinegar Hill section of Brooklyn-

Brooklyn, NY 11201
A youth-run farm stand will run from 3:30PM to 7:00PM which will be a source of fresh, local fruits and vegetables for the community.
Will take place at the front of the school every Wednesday afternoon in October as a pilot.
Both WIC and food stamps will be accepted.
Youth managers are local teens who have been trained and hired to run the farm stand, and volunteers from the PS 307 PTA will be present to assist customers and serve as caretakers of the premises.
