This presentation will inform you about the Attorney General's role in regulating charities and cover a wide array of issues such as filing requirements, legal responsibilities, areas of jurisdiction, recent law enforcement actions and a review of the registry of charities and fundraising professionals maintained by the Attorney General's Office.
