New ‘Beyoncé Center’ Helps Brooklyn Women in Recovery: Will Offer Cosmetics, Hairstyling Training at Phoenix House Here

The queen of hip hop and R & B has offered a helping hand to women in Brooklyn.

Singer Beyoncé Knowles dedicated the brand new “Beyoncé Cosmetology Center” at the Phoenix House in DUMBO, which will offer hair-styling and cosmetic career training to women who are coming out of rehab for drug or alcohol addiction.
